Remembering the somewhat suppressed

with one comment

Dream-on.

Dream from 6:42am to 8:30am:

somehow dated one of the girls in a class – no name remembered (maybe something J).

went to a dinner party with her & Sunario, dressed semi-formally (not remembering if I look good in it, but she did).

she was chatting with Sunario, then we took a strong along one of the open balconies (the ‘camera’ was casting on us, so there was no view).

we held hands.

my mum came to the party too and I remember introducing her to her.

I went to her place someday and it was a really nice house.

we took a stroll again.

it was really nice. nope – nothing physical, we just held hands.

have you ever had a dream that’s just so pleasant?

A Blessful Day

without comments

The Entertainment!
A day that I said an ending prayer during prayer meeting @ Steven’s (why was I even nervous?).

A day that I learnt guitar’s E/A/D/G (2 more to go).

A day that our new $2.5k sofa/couch arrived (heavenly).

A day that’s Laurel’s birthday (*YEAH*)!

A day that 2 chicken was grilled.

A day that I fed Salmon Dinner & Sliced Beef with Gravy to the cats (so that they don’t beg for food at the table).

A day that is so hot that I’m still sweating (without a/c).

A day that I was given the chance to sleep in the tent (yeah, my own small tent!).

A day that I first sat through a chuck of Monty Python and the Holy Grail (great movie… that left me thoughtless, really).

A day that I did my first wordpress photoblog.

Our dinner – the 2 grilled chicken.

Sox – “This is Beef” – bought as dinner distractions.

Pepper – “This is for Salmon” – Salmon turn out to be most popular.

Mark.

Happy Birthday Laurel!

Trailers

without comments

Biggest hit of the year has just past – The Pirates of the Carribeans: Dead Men’s Chest, was obviously quite a big hit as Disney would love to have and left many hanging for more. I would call it a lousy transition. In terms of trilogies, LOTR & Star Wars obviously did a much better job. Too much was shown or left out on this one.

Anyways, we have some major hit that’s coming up, at least to people of my generation who have seen Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle on TV or played with one of the Transformers.

From the trailers themselves, I would prefer to watch the Transformers. But I think its the thought of them been made into movies that kinda excites me. (TMNT apparently had a movie made in 1990)
See what effect they have on you. :)

Happily Ever After (Christian Dating!)

with one comment

Pastor Judah Smith & Worship team

Proverbs 18:22 (NLT)

The man who finds a wife finds a treasure, and receives favor from the LORD.

Have you guys seen Pastor Judah’s son Zion? Well, he walks and he talks now. He’s just the most adorable 2 year old that I ever seen. Blondish hair, finger sucking.

I think Pastor Chelsea (Judah’s wife) wanna let Zion see his father before he goes to sleep since Judah just came back from Florida and Zion’s sleeping time is about 10pm (I presume).

Judah try to get Zion to talk in front of the service crowd, he just giggled with his finger in his mouth.

Judah: Who’s your best buddy? (in a rather enthusiastic voice)
Zion: Keeeheee*
Judah: Say Jesus! (again, enthusiastic… that’s how you talk to kids actually)
Zion: Keeheee*
Judah: Say One Way! (yeap)
Zion: Keeheee*

So, Zion didn’t really talk but Keeheee-ed. Well, he eventually talked when sitting on mummy’s lap and facing the stage (and his best buddy). He’s just so adorable. :)

That, what just happened was a blessing, was a favor from God. Don’t you agree?

Podcast is right here

Have some FUN!

NANA Crash

While Summer might be ending in a couple of weeks (actually I’m not that sure), you can start practicing for your fall/winter indoor-in-front-of-computer hibernation with some of the fun stuff that I’m gonna hooo-haaa, share with you.

Have you seen Nana (the cartoon)? If you haven’t, it doesn’t matter! This game is addictive (I can’t remember where I got that from, but thanks somebody) and you should waste some (not all, just some) of your free time on it. Hooo-haaa!

Oh, you can also try to beat my top score of… I can’t remember, it start with a 4…

Okay, that’s a game that you can play. Now, if you just want to stare at the computer and relax for maybe 10, 15 minutes, this image will give you great illusions. Great art work too!

Just a couple… hope its somewhat entertaining. :)

Informology as it begins…

without comments

This is no joke, with the current progress of its take-over-the-world plan, within the next five years or so we may find ourselves (believe me) redefining its terminology in the Webster dictionary. If you’re from Kelley and is somewhat studious, this shouldn’t be anything new (yeah yeah).

Hence, informology (its actually informatics)…

Cat in Orange
Seen The Dead Man’s Chest yet? It goes up and beyond the expectation of many. They have vicious pirates (of course), funny dialogues and of course cute characters. I was most impressed with Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) who was interestingly mysterious yet modernly metro-sexual.

This might be a week old news for those who eagerly caught the show on its release almost a week ago on July 7th. However, there could never be enough movie reviews, right? And I wasn’t even a spoiler!

Adventure into the forest of technology and beauty product.

What’s in your bag?

Wallet, makeup kit, phone and iPods are common (maybe also, laptops, candies and condoms).

Books are surfacing as literacy are out to impress – The History of Love as recommended by the Herman B Wells Library might be in my bag someday.

A ‘Moleskine‘? Is there any other reason in particular, apart from the fact that Vincent Van Gogh and Bruce Chatwin were loyal (and royal) Moleskine users?

Thinking of getting one for my half-a-decade old messenger bag.

Toasted then Blessed

All the words that ended with ‘-oidea’, ‘-tal’bbbbb have toasted my relatively big brain where 25% of it are put to work when I sits down (infants – 85%, and that’s why they just sleep, eat, sleep, eat). So, I turned on SpongeBob.

Ah~ the Bikini Bottom!
(don’t you just feel dumb whenever that yellow squarish thing move about in your TV set? yeah, you are relaxing.)

Andrew just bought me a new bible! :D
It’s awesome! Its charcoal/red leatherLike with full-color maps, words of Christ in red, the ribbon marker and the favorite passage index.

The Bible

The Blessings -thanks Andrew (but I don’t know what those signs means).
