This is Seattle News

I don’t really run through the online Seattle Times or the Post-Intelligencer for whatever reason. I do however keep track of Seattle from its MetBlog. I like it, it’s mostly short snips yet very personal. It’s as you if you (or I) are living there.
However, it has also been awhile since I clicked through the pages. In the mean time, the 4th Starbucks store was raised up in University Village – a fairly cool place for people to shop and chill, yet perhaps smaller than the size of College Mall in Bloomington. Two days before U.S’s 232nd Independence Day, the SuperSonics ended its franchise in Seattle and will be moving to Oklahoma City for the coming NBA season. It is certainly a very sad day for the Seattlites.
And while one explores the options that dogs have on Seattle’s public transportation, a number of laws were passed, including the one that should promote safety on the roads. Although the destination-based tax system doesn’t sound too good for me to go back there.
Traffic warning? I was there! And they blocked out one whole road for people to stroll on after the ceremony.
I’m really tempted to just do a weekly post on ‘Seattle’. But like so many other series from before, this may not last. Hopeful, still.
